    How will I receive my tickets?

    TicketsMinistry delivers tickets digitally. Here's exactly how you'll receive yours and what to do if something goes wrong.

    Instant email confirmation

    Once your payment is confirmed, tickets are generated immediately and emailed to the address you provided at checkout. The email includes a PDF attachment of your ticket(s).

    Check your inbox

    The confirmation email usually arrives within a few seconds to a few minutes of payment. Look for an email from [email protected].

    Check spam if you don't see it

    If the email isn't in your inbox, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Some email providers filter automated emails.

    Download from My Tickets

    You can always retrieve your tickets by logging in and going to My Account → My Tickets. This is your permanent backup in case you lose the email.

    Tip

    For quicker entry on the day, add your ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from the confirmation email or My Tickets, no need to dig up the PDF or open the app at the gate.

    Tip

    Add [email protected] to your email contacts to prevent future delivery issues.

    Note

    If you purchased without creating an account (guest checkout), your tickets are only accessible via the confirmation email. Keep it safe.
