Your tickets are emailed instantly after purchase. You can also download them anytime by signing in and going to My Account → My Tickets. Each ticket includes a unique QR code that is scanned at the venue entrance. For faster entry, add your ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet straight from the email or My Tickets.

I didn't receive my ticket email what should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, sign in to your account and download your ticket directly from My Tickets. Still can't find it? Contact us on WhatsApp with your name and booking details.

My payment failed. What should I do?

Accepted Answer

A failed payment means no charge was made to your account. Try again with a different card or payment method. If your card keeps declining, check with your bank whether online transactions are enabled. Reach us on WhatsApp for faster assistance.

Can I get a refund?

Refund eligibility depends on the event organiser's policy. Contact us with your Booking ID and we'll check what options are available for your specific booking. We aim to resolve refund requests within 2–3 business days.

How do I apply a promo code?

On the ticket selection page, enter your promo code in the Promo Code field and tap Apply before proceeding to checkout. The discount will appear in your order summary. Promo codes cannot be applied after a payment has been made.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Tickets are generally non-transferable unless the event organiser has enabled transfers. Contact us with your booking details and the recipient's name we'll advise based on the specific event's policy.

How do I contact support for a specific booking?

The fastest way is to WhatsApp us with your Booking ID. You can also use the contact form at the bottom of this page. Having your Booking ID ready helps us resolve your issue in a single reply.

How do I list my event on TicketsMinistry?

Visit our For Organisers page and submit the contact form, or WhatsApp us directly. Our team sets up your event page usually within one business day. We handle ticket tiers, seat maps, promo codes, and everything else.

When do I receive my payouts after an event?

Payouts are processed within 24 hours of the event ending. Funds are transferred directly to your registered bank account along with a detailed sales and revenue report.

How do I scan tickets at the venue?

Download the TicketsMinistry Manager App (available on iOS and Android). Sign in with your organiser account, select your event, and use the built-in QR scanner. No extra hardware needed just a smartphone.

Yes. Contact our team as soon as the decision is made. We'll help notify attendees by email and manage any refund processing. We recommend reaching out at least 48 hours in advance where possible.

How do I set up a seat map for my venue?

Seat maps are configured by our team during event setup at no extra cost. Provide your venue layout a photo or diagram works fine and we'll build an interactive seat map for your event page.

How do I add or modify ticket tiers?

You can add, edit, or remove ticket tiers from your organiser dashboard under your event's Ticket Types section. Changes go live on the event page immediately. Contact us if you need help with complex tier configurations or early-bird pricing.

Your organiser dashboard shows live sales data, revenue breakdowns, and attendance stats. The TicketsMinistry Manager App also provides a real-time sales summary on your phone useful on event day.

Does TicketsMinistry handle vendor and POS-style sales, or just tickets?

Both. Alongside ticket tiers, you can add on-site add-ons merchandise, food & beverage, parking, meet-and-greet upgrades, or any custom category you define that attendees buy in the same checkout flow as their ticket. Every add-on sale is tracked in the same real-time revenue dashboard as your ticket sales, so you don't need a separate vendor or POS system at the door.

Can I collect custom information from attendees during checkout?

Yes. You can add custom checkout fields beyond the standard name, email, and phone: text, dropdown, multiple choice, checkboxes, email, number, or date. Mark any field as required, and every attendee answers it once per booking as part of checkout so you get exactly the data your event needs, like T-shirt size, dietary requirements, or a company name for corporate bookings.

Does TicketsMinistry send server-side conversion events (Meta Conversions API)?

Yes. For every completed booking, we fire a server-side Purchase event through Meta, TikTok, and GA4's Conversions/Events APIs alongside the standard browser pixel, using a shared order ID so the two are deduplicated automatically. This keeps your ad platform's conversion data accurate even when browser pixels are blocked by ad blockers or iOS tracking restrictions. No extra setup needed beyond adding your Pixel ID.
